This hotel in Oreshak went above and beyond my expectations! The rooms were beautifully appointed and modern, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay. The stunning mountain views from the rooms added to the overall charm. The staff at this hotel were warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, their service was impeccable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious meals prepared by the restaurant. They offered a variety of traditional Bulgarian specialties that both the kids and adults in my group loved. The restaurant truly exceeded my expectations.
The hotel breakfast lacked vegan options, but it could easily be improved to cater to different dietary preferences.

Great food and stunning surroundings!
The cuisine at the hotel was fantastic! We enjoyed the variety of traditional dishes and the lovely atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was breathtaking and exactly what we were looking for in terms of tranquility and relaxation. We appreciated the beautiful scenery that surrounded us - it was truly a nature lover's paradise.
Lack of vegan options for breakfast. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the lack of vegan options offered at breakfast. Out of the nine options available, not a single one was vegan. We were offered some tomato and cucumber, but the hotel missed a great opportunity to showcase delicious and healthy vegan options like seasonal fruits, freshly squeezed juice, avocado, or vegan spreads. This was a significant problem for us and certainly detracted from our overall experience.

The pool was great, and the Skittles game was nice to have. the hot tub was a nice extra. the view from the hotel was stunning, and it was so nice to be able to walk to the town center for the parade and fireworks. the food was tasty.
The hot water was unreliable. On New Year's Day, the water was cold in our room.

Our recent stay at a hotel located near a well-known monastery was a truly remarkable experience. the breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the chirping of wild birds made us feel completely disconnected from the bustling city life. the room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and attentive housekeeping service. the hotel's breakfast and traditional Bulgarian dishes were exceptional, served by a friendly staff. the pool area and mehana created a welcoming environment.
There was a minor inconvenience regarding settling the bill, with customs of returning the change not being observed.
